A little over a year ago, David met a man named Kenny Owens at a gas station. We had both let ourselves get pretty out of shape after his accident and knew we needed to make a change, but we needed that "extra" push. Kenny is a personal trainer and the owner of The Body Shop in Sherwood. A short conversation with him gave David that push that he needed.
David started training with Kenny and lost 20 pounds! I said I want to do that too! Kenny guides you through the whole process; diet, exercise and weigh ins for accountability. He is awesome! Between the two of us, we've lost over 70 pounds and countless inches while building muscle, so no saggy skin. I couldn't be happier with our transformations (although the best is yet to come) and we could not have done it without Kenny. If you've been thinking about making a lifestyle change, you should message him - just in case you never run into him at a gas station. - David and Carrie Sublett

I've never been one to put myself out there, but I just want to say thank you to Kenny Owens for pushing me in the right direction. It took me a little bit to stop being stubborn with my eating, but the results tell all. The picture on the right was from last summer and the one of the left from today. The muscle that I've gained in the last 6 months amazes me. It's not easy getting there, and I'm not yet at my goal (because of my own choices), but I'm determined to get there. Losing fat and gaining muscle is helping me change my "chubby girl" mentality that's followed me my whole life. If you WANT change, you have to MAKE change. It's a lifestyle change that I've grown to love. Kenny is a great trainer. He's honest. He's driven. He's encouraging. If you can handle that and need to change your "chubby girl" mindset, go see Kenny. You won't be disappointed.
